Our verdict
Mochi is the best value we have found if you and your clinician decide compounded medication is appropriate, and it is unusually open about its prices. If you want an FDA-approved medicine, Ro or WeightWatchers are the safer choice. This review is based on research of Mochi’s public pages and Trustpilot in September 2026, not hands-on testing, and follows our methodology. Frequently asked questions
Membership is $79 a month ($39 the first month for new members in most states). Compounded semaglutide costs $60 to $99 and compounded tirzepatide $90 to $199 a month by dose, so the all-in total is $139 to $278 a month (checked September 20, 2026).

Yes. In August 2026 Mochi moved from flat pricing ($99 semaglutide, $199 tirzepatide) to per-dose pricing. Lower doses now cost less, and the highest dose costs the same as before.
Mochi says it is LegitScript certified and works with board-certified providers in all 50 states and D.C. It is rated 4.5 out of 5 on Trustpilot from 18,283 reviews.
It is uncertain. In April 2026 the FDA proposed removing semaglutide and tirzepatide from the list that allows large-scale compounding, which could limit supply.

How we test
TirzaSema GLP-1 Provider Scoring Methodology
This methodology explains how TirzaSema scores GLP-1 telehealth providers and programs. Scores are a weighted average of five categories, and every review shows the full breakdown. Affiliate relationships and commission rates are not part of the methodology.
- Cost and price transparency (30%): total monthly cost at common doses, including membership, consultation and shipping fees, and how clearly this is shown before payment.
- Medication options and sourcing (20%): FDA-approved brand-name and/or compounded options, how clearly compounded products are labeled, and dispensing-pharmacy information.
- Medical care and safety (20%): eligibility assessment, licensed-clinician review, dose and side-effect monitoring, and follow-up care.
- Ease of use and access (15%): sign-up process, time to treatment, states served, and insurance support.
- Customer support and policies (15%): responsiveness, cancellation and refund terms, auto-renewal clarity, and patterns in public customer feedback.
We research prices using provider and manufacturer public pages. Where published, we separate medication, membership, consultation and shipping charges, note dose or term differences, and label introductory offers. Each review states when its sources were checked. We have not enrolled in or bought a service unless that specific review explicitly describes hands-on testing. Confirm current terms and eligibility with the provider.
FDA-approved medications are reference entries with their labeled uses and official manufacturer information; our provider ratings do not measure a treatment’s clinical effectiveness.

Final verdict
Mochi combines low prices, real clinical support and strong customer ratings. The deciding question is whether you are comfortable with compounded medication, which is not FDA-approved and whose availability may change as the FDA restricts bulk compounding. If you want an FDA-approved brand-name medicine at a published price, WeightWatchers or Ro are the safer regulatory choice.
