Ivim Health at a glance

Ivim Health charges a $74.99 monthly programme fee plus medication. With compounded semaglutide from $75 a month, that is about $150 all-in, or roughly $224 with tirzepatide. What sets it apart is weekly provider check-ins rather than monthly ones. Prices checked September 22, 2026.

What Ivim Health offers

The weight programme prescribes compounded semaglutide and tirzepatide. Ivim also treats hormone health, and sells NAD+ and lipotropic injections and supplements, so one account can cover several services. Hormone therapy is $199.99 a month including the membership. Brand-name GLP-1 prices are not published.

How Ivim Health works

You choose a plan length at checkout, either one, two, four or six months, and complete an online intake. A licensed provider reviews it and prescribes if appropriate. You then check in weekly through the app, and your provider adjusts the dose based on your progress and how well you tolerate it. Ivim says it works with more than 90 providers.

What Ivim Health costs

The programme fee is $74.99 a month and is required for everyone. Compounded semaglutide starts at $75 a month and tirzepatide at $149, so most members pay about $150 to $224 a month in total. Longer plans lower the medication price, so the plan length you pick at checkout decides your real cost.

Is Ivim Health legit and safe?

Ivim Health has operated since 2021 with a large provider network. Its compounded medications are not approved by the FDA and have not been reviewed for safety, effectiveness or manufacturing quality. The FDA has also warned that some compounded products contain salt forms such as semaglutide sodium, which are not the same active ingredient as the approved medicines, so ask which formulation you would receive. We did not verify a Trustpilot rating for this review.

Who Ivim Health is best for

Ivim suits people who want close monitoring: weekly check-ins and dose adjustments cost far less here than in most coaching-heavy programmes. Look elsewhere if you want FDA-approved medication, insurance billing, or a single price with no separate membership fee.

Our verdict

Ivim Health offers the closest monitoring of any low-cost compounded programme we review, at about $150 a month all-in. The trade-offs are compounded medication that is not FDA-approved and a membership fee on top of every price. This review is based on research of Ivim’s public pages and independent sources on September 22, 2026, not hands-on testing, and follows our methodology. How we test

TirzaSema GLP-1 Provider Scoring Methodology

This methodology explains how TirzaSema scores GLP-1 telehealth providers and programs. Scores are a weighted average of five categories, and every review shows the full breakdown. Affiliate relationships and commission rates are not part of the methodology.

  • Cost and price transparency (30%): total monthly cost at common doses, including membership, consultation and shipping fees, and how clearly this is shown before payment.
  • Medication options and sourcing (20%): FDA-approved brand-name and/or compounded options, how clearly compounded products are labeled, and dispensing-pharmacy information.
  • Medical care and safety (20%): eligibility assessment, licensed-clinician review, dose and side-effect monitoring, and follow-up care.
  • Ease of use and access (15%): sign-up process, time to treatment, states served, and insurance support.
  • Customer support and policies (15%): responsiveness, cancellation and refund terms, auto-renewal clarity, and patterns in public customer feedback.

We research prices using provider and manufacturer public pages. Where published, we separate medication, membership, consultation and shipping charges, note dose or term differences, and label introductory offers. Each review states when its sources were checked. We have not enrolled in or bought a service unless that specific review explicitly describes hands-on testing. Confirm current terms and eligibility with the provider.

FDA-approved medications are reference entries with their labeled uses and official manufacturer information; our provider ratings do not measure a treatment’s clinical effectiveness.
