Who we are
TirzaSema is an independent comparison resource for people in the United States who are researching GLP-1 medications for weight management, such as semaglutide and tirzepatide. We track prices, compare telehealth providers and pharmacy options, and explain the trade-offs in plain language so you can have a better-informed conversation with a licensed clinician.
We are not a pharmacy, a telehealth company or a medical provider. We do not prescribe, sell, ship or dispense any medication, and nothing on this site replaces advice from your own doctor.
Why we built TirzaSema
Most GLP-1 price information is scattered across provider websites, sign-up flows and fine print. We wanted one place where a reader could see the real monthly cost of each option, what it includes and how it compares, without having to create an account with every provider to find out.
Pricing for GLP-1 treatment in the US is confusing. The same active ingredient can be offered as a brand-name pen, through a manufacturer’s self-pay program, or as a compounded preparation from a telehealth company, and the monthly cost can differ by hundreds of dollars. Membership fees, dose-based pricing and introductory offers make direct comparison even harder. We built TirzaSema to put that information side by side, with the date every price was last checked.

Prices change often, so every price shows the date we last verified it.

Our content is produced by the TirzaSema editorial team. Every review and guide shows who wrote it and when it was last updated, and author and medical reviewer profiles are added to the site as our team grows. We never list a person, credential or medical reviewer who has not actually worked on our content.
