This Privacy Policy explains what information TirzaSema (“we”, “us”) collects when you use tirzasema.com, how we use it and the choices you have. We collect as little personal information as we can.

Information we collect

Information you give us

  • Messages: if you email us, we receive your email address and whatever you choose to include in your message.
  • Newsletter: if we offer a newsletter and you subscribe, we collect your email address.
  • Reader reviews: if you submit a review, we collect the display name, rating and text you enter. We do not ask for your email address to submit a review, and we do not store your IP address with it.

Please do not send us personal health information. We are not a healthcare provider and do not need it.

Information collected automatically

  • Analytics: We do not currently use third-party analytics or advertising cookies. If we add analytics tools in the future, we will name them here and update this policy.
  • Affiliate link clicks: when you click an affiliate link, we count the click as a simple total. We do not record who clicked. The company you visit may use cookies to record that you arrived from our site so that we can be credited for a referral. Their use of that information is governed by their own privacy policy.
  • Server logs and security: our hosting provider may automatically record technical information such as IP address, browser type and time of access to keep the site secure and working.

Health information

TirzaSema is not a healthcare provider, and we do not collect medical records. Any health-related information you choose to share in a message or review is used only to respond to you or display your review. Information you give to a telehealth provider or pharmacy after leaving our site is governed by that company’s privacy policy, not ours.

Children’s privacy

Our website is intended for adults and is not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has sent us personal information, please contact us and we will delete it.

Data security and retention

We use reasonable measures to protect the information we hold, but no website or transmission over the internet is completely secure. We keep personal information only as long as needed for the purposes above, or as required by law.

Third-party websites

Our site links to other websites, including telehealth providers and pharmacies. We are not responsible for their privacy practices, and we encourage you to read their privacy policies.

We may update this policy from time to time. When we do, we will change the “Last updated” date at the top of this page.
