TirzaSema Health Services and Products Scoring Methodology

TirzaSema evaluates the public information available about each health service or product. We compare the complete cost and billing terms (30%), whether the service or product fits the stated need (20%), care and safety disclosures (20%), access and eligibility (15%), and customer support and policies (15%). Each area receives a score out of 10; the weighted result is displayed on the site's 10-point scale.

Our editors inspect the provider's own pages, terms, labeling or regulatory information where relevant, and independent customer feedback only when the profile can be matched to the business. Source links and the last checked date appear on each review. A provider's marketing claim, a customer review and a regulator's finding carry different kinds of evidence; we distinguish them in the article.

We do not infer that a listed service includes a prescription, that insurance covers a purchase, or that a quoted starting price is the final bill. We have not purchased or clinically tested these services unless a review explicitly says otherwise. The score describes transparency, access and service design based on published information; it is not a measure of treatment effectiveness or individual medical suitability.
