Affiliate Disclosure
Last updated: September 20, 2026
TirzaSema is free to use. To keep it that way, we earn money in the ways described on this page. We want you to understand exactly how that works, because your trust matters more to us than any commission.
The short version
- Some links on our site are affiliate links. If you click one and sign up or buy, we may earn a commission from that company.
- You never pay more because you used our link.
- Commissions do not influence our ratings, rankings, price comparisons or conclusions.
- We are not a pharmacy or medical provider, and we do not sell any medication.
What affiliate links are
When you click certain buttons or links on TirzaSema, such as “Visit site” or “Check price”, you may be taken to a telehealth provider, pharmacy or other company that has an agreement with us. If you then complete a qualifying action, such as signing up for a consultation or membership, that company may pay us a fee, either directly or through an affiliate network.
Affiliate links on our site pass through a redirect on our own domain (for example, tirzasema.com/go/…) and are marked with the rel=“sponsored” attribute, in line with Google’s guidance for paid links.
How we keep money separate from our reviews
- Our scores and rankings come from our published review methodology. Commission rates are not part of that methodology.
- We review and compare providers whether or not they have an affiliate program or a relationship with us.
- Companies cannot pay to be reviewed, to receive a higher score, to be ranked higher, to be removed from a page, or to see or approve a review before it is published.
- If a provider we earn from performs poorly in our evaluation, we say so.
Sponsored content and advertising
If we ever publish content that a company paid for, it will be clearly labeled “Sponsored” at the top of the page. Display advertisements, if shown, are labeled “Advertisement” and kept separate from our editorial content. Advertisers have no control over what we write.
Free access and samples
If a company gives us free access to a service for testing, we disclose it in that review. Free access never guarantees coverage or a positive review.
Prices and offers
We check prices and promotions regularly and show the date each price was last verified, but providers can change prices, available doses and terms at any time. Always confirm the final price, what it includes and any recurring charges on the provider’s website before you pay.
Compliance
This disclosure is made in line with the U.S. Federal Trade Commission’s Guides Concerning the Use of Endorsements and Testimonials in Advertising (16 CFR Part 255). In addition to this page, we place a short disclosure near affiliate links on our pages.
